1- Sewage Treatment Plant- Sewage is produced by residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial establishments. Reverse osmosis can remove up to 99 percent of dissolved salts (ions), particles, colloids, organics, bacteria, and pyrogens from feed water. Reverse osmosis is a method of purifying water by removing salts and other impurities in order to improve the fluid's colour, taste, or properties. RO Typically used for drinking water purification, water and wastewater purification, food processing, and hydrogen production.
5- Softener/ DM / MB Filtration Plant- Demineralization is the process of removing mineral salts from Water by using the ion exchange process. Deionization is a physical process which uses specially-manufactured ion exchange resins which provides ion exchange site for the replacement of the mineral salts in Water with Water forming H+ and OH- ions. Because the majority of Water impurities are dissolved salts, deionization produces a high purity Water that is generally similar to distilled Water, and this process is quick and without scale build-up. De-mineralization technology is the proven process for treatment of Water. A DM Water System produces mineral free Water by operating on the principles of ion exchange, Degasification, and polishing. Demineralized Water System finds wide application in the field of steam, power, process, and cooling.
6- Zero Liquid Discharge - This system is boon in the field of wastewater management. This process is developed to remove all liquid waste from a system. The focus of ZLD plant is to reduce the wastewater economically and produce clean water which is suitable for reuse. This system reduces the wastewater discharge and achieve high water recovery.
